Pet Swapping

  • Swapping between pets grants Might, Fury, Swiftness and ~3 seconds of Quickness. If you wish to double up on these boons, start casting "We Heal As One!" "We Heal As One!" and swap mid-cast - the boons will last even longer on your pets and ultimately end up getting more stacks too due to Nature Magic's Fortifying Bond.
  • Swapping cancels your elite skill on your pet.

I wrote a lengthy review, but accidentally deleted it. Most of my concerns are in the comment section.

It's not a bad build for players who want to learn Druid as it's very, very forgiving. Main critique is that there are too few ways to activate the guaranteed maul crit gimmick (and it's not a reliable gimmick) for the massive ferocity stat investment. Relying on the sigil on one weaponset facilitates a bad playstyle too (swapping into staff for damage). By taking empathic bond, the build puts additional risk onto the pets who are a huge part of the damage for this build in particular.

It does the typical "give regen and health in astral force" stuff Druids do, but not better than the Menders or Paladin build. Loses search and rescue, perhaps the strongest revive tool in the game. In short, gives up a huge amount of damage and utility for overkill on defense and astral force generation, relying on one gimmick hit every 20 seconds to make up for the lost damage.

Cavalier amulet, force sigil.

The build is very tanky, has great burst, can apply perma poison pressure, has lots of CC, is mobile, and provides party support. Fighting 1v1 vs necros is the only hard counter due to the corrupts.

The reason it's better than the Paladin's version is: more condi removal, slightly more tanky, and, based on the power to precision to ferocity tables (which show that even with a high amount of ferocity, power is more effective for damage than precision), cavalier's is simply the best amulet.
