This build provides no benefit above the normal Ranger S/A LB Spotter build, but it's not any worse either. It is clear that it was put together with minimal effort which is just a shame. I think that especially, this build could take better use of the Druid's abilities. The signet of the wild is somewhat pointless, since the healing and stability it provides are insignificant compared to the Celestial Avatar and the Healing Seeds which drop with each glyph (from the Verdant Etching trait), so I'd opt out of the Signet of the Wild, to take Frost Spirit, Quickening Zephyr and Glyph of Empowerment. I'd also swap the elite to the Glyph Of Unity since it provides a damage output (from the reflect) as well as the healing from Verdant Etching and the Celestial Avatar Variant. I've had fun running this build with my variations, but I'd still go with normal Ranger S/A LB Spotter if you really want to do more damage from this playstyle.

The recharge for celestial avatar is to slow, it´s better to take staff and swap for dps to s/a so you can spam the dps buff on cdr

Felt the build is weak, just tossed together like nobody even tried to read over it, multiple things can be easily improved talent druid t2 not a single glyph was used, pets are outdated since the xpac, and afew minor dps buffs i think could made, personally would change a few more things too.
