Elementalist - Glyph Cele

Glyph celestial ele brings a large amount of tools to the plate, from burst heals and condi cleanse for teammates as well as spike damage which can devastate foes in team fights as well as smaller scale battles. Superior to S/F fresh air in ranked/team fights due to much more consistent damage and survivability.

More burst in exchange for less might/team support and more vulnerable to conditions. Better swiftness duration.
This build's main damage will come from chaining both elementals together when possible in fire attunement. Both activated skills together creates a ton of burst that you can further increase with glyph of storms and dragon's tooth/phoenix at the same time. Similarly to S/F fresh air, a lot of combos center around chaining a skill in another attunement to activate air, then swapping and activating lightning strike.
Differently to s/f however is the condition damage.
Glyph of elemental power allows for a lot of condition application, especially burning in fire, which can add to the spike damage that you can already do. Note: THIS BUILD HAS A VERY DIFFERENT PLAYSTYLE COMPARED TO S/F FRESH AIR HOWEVER, because you are much more defensive. you should try to apply conditions when possible, as the base dmg is not very high until you get might stacks. Best way to stack conditions (esp burning, about 1.2k per sec) is to pre-rock barrier and when you cast ring of fire swap to earth and activate hurl, which stacks a lot of burns. This rotation will melt most theives. Also cast Glyph of Elemental Power in fire to apply constant burning in all attunements. Stacking 7-9 stacks of burning is entirely possible. For a more defensive situation, swapping to water+using healing trident cures 2 conditions and heals for about 4-5k, whcih can save your life. You can also use frost aura at the same time that you are casting ether renewal to chill enemies who are attacking you, as well as taking reduced damage during the duration. If you find yourself ccd, especially by a thief/war, glyph of elemental power is a STUN BREAK, allowing you to easily get away. Staying at range is also somewhat important because it makes it more difficult to swap to you and down you quickly.

To survive this kind of burst, use Glyph of Elemental Power to break stuns, if possible. Make sure to always have rock barrier up as much as possible to increase toughness slightly. If you get low, then don't fret. Swap to water, evade, then casting water trident will cure conditions as well as heal for about 4-5k. Cleansing water (dagger 5) is also a heal that will cure conditions. By only casting a couple spells it will already have healed for 6+K health. Then feel free to play offensively with air. Ride the Lighting+Updraft is a great way to force cds for land a dragon's tooth/burn stack, as well as to cast glyph of storms on them.
