Overview

The condition engineer build for raids and high level fractals. This build deals high sustained damage against stationary bosses. It also has a lot of utility through heals and soft CC.

DPS Rotation

Engineer has a lot of skills, the DPS rotation depends heavily on your alacrity uptime. Though the general idea of a good engineer rotation can be boiled down to using your highest damaging skills off cooldown.

Tips

Skill usages

  • Healing turret provides great sustain for your team, able to heal 5 people for a significant amount and curing 2 conditions on each every 15-20 seconds.
    • You can pick the turret up for a 5 second cooldown reduction, or use
      for a blast finisher.
    • When choosing to

    • Never leave your Healing Turret out, the regeneration heals for a very small amount and is redundant with the regeneration from your Druid.
  • Use

A solid DPS spec that deals high damage against stationary "golem" bosses. It also provides tons of soft CC and incidental utility.

The July 10 of 2018 patch update gave this build a breath of air, giving it more decent numbers to peform with, 30k dps at simplified rotation, 33K with the complex one, still behind the numbers of other classes, but this is a start.
