Fresh Air is hands down one of my favorite builds to play, but between some odd choices and a very unfriendly meta for this build, it falls just shy of good. Dragonhunters (and power builds in general) are incredibly popular currently, and they offer a very high amount of both CC and retaliation, two effective counters to this build (ironically, Tempest countered Dragonhunters last season, but DHs now have a non-projectile option in Sword). I agree with the decision to take Water over Earth when running a Warhorn, but Aquamancer's training is an odd choice. Overload really requires you to be in the middle of a fight, and in there, I can't imagine any way you could remain above 90% health. The gameplay style is probably the biggest problem as well. Old FA's playstyle relied on kiting your opponent and zapping them down constantly with Air 2 and Air swap with Air 5 setting up some big Fire 2/3 bursts. By adding Tempest, the playstyle changes to one that goes into the thick of the fight. In our current meta, the thick of the fight includes a crapload of CC and residual AoE damage fields. Getting the overload off it going to be difficult as is and you'll almost always be chunked out after finishing casting it. With only 2 outs, it's a very high risk-moderate reward playstyle. Also, I never liked Ether Renewal, I liked it even less after its CD nerf, and I like it extremely less without the cantrip trait.

There need to be a few alternative voting scores. 0 points is too harsh from me, would like to give a 3. "Cleansing Water with only 3 sources of Regeneration... Soothing Mists can provide an extra 6300 healing every time you switch to water attunement. Alternatively, soothin disruption over aquamancer's training."

This build is awesome if your team decides to group up but it's kinda hard to 1v1 most of classes. However, the high survivability allows you to survive meanwhile your somebody is coming to help you.
