Good charge into burst damage. Can get complex to perfect, but very fun.

Without many sacrifice this build do high direct damage and have good Survivability.

Phantaram Sage build is a good choice only if you think enemy play without good remove condi.

Ele condis are fast too clean indeed ele dont have one good multi-condi spike.

10-15k of Primoldial stance is very hypothetical.

3 hits each 2-4k each of arcane blast with immobilize and blind spammed when needed is a Anchor.

All of the things on this page are things that every Elementalist/Weaver build can do, and I can't figure out how moving it in a direct damage direction by taking Elemental Surge and Arcane Blast improves the popular Sage's build. Evasive Arcana, probably one of the best grandmasters in the entire game for giving Cleansing Wave on a 10 second CD instead of 30, is given up for a crit damage buff and a few seconds of CD reduction on Arcane Shield and Blast.

Essentially, this trades out Evasive Arcana for Elemental Surge, losing a bit of healing for better Arcane skills, but Arcane Blast gives 2 charges of 2-4k damage on 16 second cooldowns with a 15% crit damage buff while Primordial Stance gives 2 charges of 10-15k damage on 25 second CDs. Twist of Fate is generally a superior stunbreak option as well, but lightning flash is necessary as a repositioning tool, and removing either Arcane skill to slot it in heavily blows the whole point of taking Marauder's amulet and Elemental Surge in the first place. A lot of sword's damage is condition-bound, and this build attempts to move it into a direct-damage realm. While offering mostly the same options, I just don't feel like the kit supports this direct damage variant as well. It'll still do well off the back of the swifness/regen synergy the traits and skills have, but would've just done more damage if it had gone Sages/Primordial over Marauder/Arcane Blast.
