This build relies mainly on yourself getting stunned which doesn't happen so much in dungeons that you can fully utilize your main mechanic. If you can fully use your mechanic it has its worth. You also lose some dps with this build but for the current dungeons that is not a big problem.

The last thing a warrior needs in PvE (besides a larger healthpool) is toughness. This build loses so much damage and trades it against something you don't need. Besides that you don't get stunned that often, therefore the trait the whole build is based on will not help you in most fights anyway.

I'm not sure that building so much tankiness is really necessary for dungeons or fractals, at least with an experienced group. A lot of the defense also relies on being stunned, which should really be avoided. While DPS is comparable to phalanx strength, it is noticeably weaker than pure DPS builds and throwing away all the party support makes it difficult to justify taking in place of another class.

This build is usefull in every scenario tested, included PvP. Although not have synergies with other members of the team, as it does Phalanx, it makes up with a great versatility. This could perfectly fit in a team with a Phalanx without overlapping skills
