==Overview==

==Overview==
Power Virtuoso is a relatively simple build with good burst damage at very long ranges. It is an excellent option for open world, as blades replace clones and these do not disappear on target death.
+
A healing Scrapper build for raids, this build brings extremely high healing and strong defensive utility, including a ranged resurrect with {{Trait|Function Gyro}}.
 +

 +
This build is capable of providing permanent uptimes of {{tooltip|Protection}} and {{tooltip|Might}}. It can also generate 100% {{tooltip|Quickness}} uptime to its subgroup, though doing so requires using skills that provide blast and leap finishers off cooldown, reducing your ability to use those abilities reactively. {{tooltip|Swiftness}} is provided by {{skill|Glob Shot}} (elixir gun) and blasting your lightning fields, and it also offers permanent {{tooltip|Superspeed}}, which is quite valuable on encounters with high movement, and also to DPS [[Build:Scrapper_-_Power_DPS|Scrappers]].

* {{Tooltip|Sword|Mainhand Sword}} - Lower DPS, melee. Strong defensive utility via {{Skill|Blurred Frenzy}}. Boonrip.

* It is worth having '''Mace/Shield''' on the second weapon set as it has a few benefits despite the lower healing:
* {{Tooltip|Sword|Offhand Sword}} - Can replace {{Tooltip|Greatsword}} or {{Tooltip|Focus}} for higher DPS + a block at the cost of CC.
+
** {{skill|Energizing Slam}} offers very high uptime of {{tooltip|Vigor}}.
 +
** Skills 3-5 provide more CC than '''Short Bow''' can offer, as well as having a knockback.
 +
** {{skill|Magnetic Shield (engineer)}} is a projectile reflect.
 +
** {{skill|Static Shield}} is very useful if tanking.
 +
* For players that do not own Secrets of the Obscure, offhand '''Shield''' is too important to drop, and the only core mainhand weapon Scrapper has is '''Pistol'''.

Overview

A healing Scrapper build for raids, this build brings extremely high healing and strong defensive utility, including a ranged resurrect with Function Gyro.

This build is capable of providing permanent uptimes of Protection Protection and Might Might. It can also generate 100% Quickness Quickness uptime to its subgroup, though doing so requires using skills that provide blast and leap finishers off cooldown, reducing your ability to use those abilities reactively. Swiftness Swiftness is provided by Glob Shot (elixir gun) and blasting your lightning fields, and it also offers permanent Superspeed Superspeed, which is quite valuable on encounters with high movement, and also to DPS Scrappers.

Usage

Quickness

Use Energizing Slam, Magnetic Shield (engineer) Magnetic Inversion, Infusion Bomb, Acid Bomb, Blast Gyro and Function Gyro in combo fields for Quickness Quickness. You have a decent amount of overcap, so you can afford to delay or skip these skills if necessary.

  • Acid Bomb in particular is dangerous as it launches you backwards. This can be prevented by quickly weapon swapping mid-air.

  • Use Healing Mist and Infusion Bomb off cooldown to keep up regeneration.
  • This build has many blast finishers, including Blast Gyro, Infusion Bomb, Acid Bomb, and Magnetic Inversion. Blast the water field from Cleansing Field or Elixir Shell for ~2000 instant healing per blast (~3000 with Soothing Detonation traited). Blast Flash Shell or Super Elixir to cleanse conditions.
  • Use Cleansing Field, Fumigate, or Super Elixir for condition cleanse. For more condition-heavy fights you can consider bringing Purge Gyro and Purity of Purpose.

Mitigation

  • Bulwark Gyro pulses barrier over a few seconds, making it especially effective if you know a large amount of damage is incoming.
  • Your shield skills grant Protection Protection, as does Bandage Self and your Function Gyro. This is easily sufficient to maintain Protection Protection.

Very easy to play and very good burst. Compared to condition virtuoso, however, this power variant doesn't have sustain and has much lower Blade generation in combat.

Starlitjupiter gave this build 4 stars • March 2023
Power Virtuoso is a very solid Power DPS build with good damage at range and a simple rotation. It is an excellent option in farm zergs due to its high burst and good sustained DPS but may be on the squishy side for solo play. I strongly recommend players try this build, as it's relatively easy to get very high damage with it.
