The difference in these two utilities is roughly 0.5% dps, so use what you feel you can afford.

Usage

• Use Glyph of Elementals and cast Flame Barrage off cooldown.
• You want to cast Glyph of Elemental Power, Signet of Fire and Arcane Power off cooldown.
• If using Glyph of Storms, then cast it off cooldown.

The gist of the rotation is to camp Fire Attunement, using almost all your skills off cooldown.
