Ranger AP PvE Build
- High AOE Burst Damage
- Easy to Play
- Good Solo PVE
- Good Self-sustain
- Squishy
Overview
This Ranger PvE build does good damage and focuses on boosting Attack Power offering an alternative to the SP (spellpower) Ranger and is more than capable of doing PVE content in Corepunk. It is recommended for all kinds of players regardless if you are a veteran or a new Corepunk player as the build is quite easy to play. While this AP build doesn't do as much damage as the SP version, it offers great self-sustain making it great for solo players.
Skill Bar

Net Shot: Great for controlling mobs, rooting them for a few seconds while you deal damage. Use it against single targets or to pin down one mob away from you so you have an easier time landing
Arrow Rain.
Arrow Rain: Your core damage skill, use it on cooldown for strong AOE damage. It becomes even more powerful with
Dual Capacity, which grants an extra charge, significantly boosting burst potential and making it easier to clear groups of mobs.
Acidic Barrage is also good for silencing enemies.
Barrage Stance: Offers two modes: Normal Stance, which pierces some enemy armor, and Barrage Stance, which fires extra arrows at the cost of mana. Activate Barrage Stance at the start of a pull, then switch back to Normal Stance when only one target remains.
Saltation: A straightforward but powerful AOE attack that also disarms enemies. It makes you leap backwards on cast, which is excellent for repositioning or escaping danger.
Harpoon Arrows: The Ranger’s special ability causes auto-attacks to lodge arrows in enemies while increasing attack speed. Casting this skill consumes those arrows to unleash bonus damage.
Mana Boost: This is very important for leveling and maintaining your mana. Use it whenever it’s ready, especially when you’re low on mana. If you manage your mana carefully, you can rely on this alone and skip using any consumables while leveling for a long time.
Cleanse: Great for clearing debuffs, perfect in many situations.
Equipment

Chips: Hyper-Blitz &
Wraithcaller are perfect to boost attack speed helping a great deal with projecting your damage.
Runes: Cheetah is good for movement speed while
Heavy Chainmail is a way to keep safe and not die from mob burst damage.
Gear: V6 Heart is great for a mix of health, armor and attack power while
Plated Lungs offer even more HP. Rest of the slots should be filled with
Raptor Augment to add even more AP.
Consumables: Use Bread alongside
Sweet Baked Pumpkin to recover HP and Mana. For extra stats,
Triple Biosteroid Shot gives more AP, and
Hugh Mangus Blunt offers more critical rate. Along with those, you can also use the
Monster Plant Tacos or
Monster Mike Sandwich to add even more crit rate.

Rotations

Start by debuffing the target with Net Shot as it lowers armor and magic resistance thanks to
Corrosive Restraint. Follow up with
Arrow Rain (two times thanks to
Dual Capacity) to hit all the mobs, hit some auto-attacks with
Barrage Stance active to stack up
Harpoon Arrows then use
Saltation followed by
Harpoon Arrows to finish the mobs off.
