Bromius Ranged Courage Build
- High AoE DPS
- Great CC
- Good Buffs
- Versatile
- Low Mobility
- Long Cooldowns
Overview
This
Bromius build is meant to deal high damage from range, perfect for those looking for a ranged option when playing
Bromius but not enjoying or otherwise not wanting to play in close range. With a high focus on Courage, this build can easily be swapped from and into a melee build if needed/wanted.
Virtues
With the ranged
Bromius build focusing on
Courage and using
Blitzel as the main weapon. This means that the build benefits the most when stacking high
Courage. On the other hand,
Grace is a good option if you want to try out weapons using that as the main stat.
Skills
Rump Thump – One of the two available crowd-control abilities. It propels you into the air before you slam down, staggering enemies upon impact. Excellent for diving into groups or repositioning quickly during combat.
Wevetroot – A strong AoE ability that ensnares enemies in roots, preventing them from blocking or defending. This gives you an opportunity to deal uninterrupted damage.
Song of Growth – A powerful support skill that boosts armor for you and your allies, making it an ideal choice for groups preparing to face challenging bosses or even if you are just wanting to sit there taking damage while pelting the enemies in arrows.
Equipment
Joineries
Try to obtain at least a Polished Joinery if you’re unable to find a Blessed by Mora. Keep in mind that switching to a different Blessed version (such as Blessed by Saphene) will alter the weapon’s main stat to Grace or Spirit instead. If you decide to use a Blessed variant, make sure it’s Blessed by Mora to maintain the correct main stat.
Upgrades
Prioritize upgrading
Rooted,
Mora's Pride, and
Akin as early as possible for high
Courage and low cooldowns.
Everbound is another key upgrade to consider, as it greatly boosts your maximum HP, making the build much tankier and allowing you to absorb hits while using your bow to finish off enemies.
