Sirin Melee Courage Build
- Very Easy to Play
- Great PVE
- Great Mobility
- Good Single Target Damage
- Low AOE DPS
- Squishy
Overview
This is an alternative build to the usual Grace build most people prefer to play on the
Sirin pact. And while
Sirin doesn't provide any bonus
Courage, building into it can lead to other weapon choices like the
Duhk Halic and/or the
Igne Mora. These both weapons are perfectly fine to use in the build and their attunement fits perfectly into high
Courage builds.
Virtues

Naturally, you want to add as many points into Courage as possible, with the minimum requirement being 10 points for a lot of weapons, but building up to 20+ points would be ideal.
Grace is also fine to get to 10 points so you can access some
Grace weapons that require a certain amount of
Grace.
Skills

Picktrix Powder – Use this to crowd-control enemies by staggering/blinding them and dealing some damage. It makes it much easier to finish off mobs once they’re CC’d, and you can move behind them to backstab and kill them quickly while also offering an opportunity for
Pickpocket.
Trick of the Light – Creates a clone of yourself wherever you shoot an arrow (this doesn't require a bow). The clone taunts enemies and draws their aggro, letting you sneak behind them to backstab and finish off distracted targets.
Glamour – The stealth skill for
Sirin players. Turns you into a butterfly and makes you effectively invisible, allowing you to sneak up on enemies for quick backstabs. This is especially useful when target-farming and using
Pickpocket on specific mobs.
Sirin Upgrades
Pickpocket is a unique node that helps you gather resources. When you backstab and kill an enemy, they have a high chance to drop a loot bag.
Akin reduces ability cooldowns,
Mora's Pride boosts Courage, and
Everbound gives a solid increase to Max HP.
Equipment

Joineries
Always pick a “Blessed by Mora” Joinery if you find one, as it boosts your damage and keeps Courage as your weapon’s attunement. If you don’t have it, skip reforging unless you at least have a Polished Joinery, which is a decent option that won’t change your weapon’s attunement. Remember that adding a Joinery resets the weapon back to level 1, so you’ll need to level it up again afterward.
