Overview

A hybrid Mesmer build that deals solid direct and condition damage while maintaining a high level of survivability and condition removal. Does surprise burning damage on block via Rune of the Guardian- when timed with shield #4 as enemy does quick attack this can stack quite a bit of burning. Blocks/Evades also apply Blind and Confusion via Ineptitude.
