Swap staff to an offhand focus if you feel the Into the Void.png Into the Void pull is more valuable than the staff skillset. Equipping a mainhand weapon with it is unnecessary, the Sword from the Sword/Shield set will automatically be used.

  • The build relies on proccing Restorative Mantras.png Restorative Mantras frequently. Cast Mantra of Pain.png Mantra of Pain as often as possible, try to fit your other skills in the time when you are using up the Power Spike.png Power Spike charges since casting Power Spike does not interrupt other skill casts.
  • Activate Continuum Split.png Continuum Split at the end of the cast time of a skill, rather than before casting, to fit more skills inside the split window.
  • All of your shatters give a stack of Stability Stability, don't be afraid to use them just to keep yourself safe.
  • Don't feel the need to max illusions before shattering, it is perfectly acceptable to shatter with one or no illusions out.
  • Try to land Well of Eternity.png Well of Eternity in places where the last tick will be able to heal your frontline such as regroups or while cleaving downs. Be careful not to obstruct Water Fields with it however.

  • Blurred Frenzy.png Blurred Frenzy isn't only for dealing damage - it's your second, short CD Distortion.png Distortion which can be handy when you are expecting a burst but ran out of dodges.
  • The chain skill of Illusionary Leap.png Illusionary Leap, Swap.png Swap is one of your key skills. You can Immobilize Immobilize the target so he can't dodge your burst - the shorter version is simply using the Swap Blurred Frenzy Mind Wrack combo.
  • Don't be afraid to hold on to Deja Vu.png Deja Vu if it isn't immediately needed, you have 10 seconds until the buff expires.
  • Tides of Time.png Tides of Time has no target cap and hits both allies and enemies.

  • Make use of the About Face keybinding to Phase Retreat.png Phase Retreat forwards quickly.
  • Chaos Storm.png Chaos Storm's Ethereal Field is powerful at the beginning of fights, but be careful not to disrupt Water Fields later on.
  • Chaos Storm.png Chaos Storm can be used on downed players to fish for interrupts on stomps and rezzes.
  • Phase Retreat.png Phase Retreat can be combined with Blink.png Blink to safely finish downed players. Use Phase Retreat.png Phase Retreat after starting the stomp then just before the cast time finishes use Blink.png Blink to move back to the downed player.

Very powerful and underused build. With full minstrels and monk runes with rice balls this build heals for 5k+ with every mantra proc. Also, Power cleanse works very well with the heal mantra, bringing good group condition cleanse on a relatively short cooldown. The stability from Mantra of Concentration makes an individual running this build have the option to sit comfortably in a party with one guard, supplementing that guardians stability application with their own from shares and mantra of concentration. With Healing Prism, Regen, and Mantra procs, this build is a powerful healer that could very well replace any of the current popular healers if one were looking for unique support in the form of boons/etc. I would recommend taking a sword mainhand with focus/shield offhands and putting concentration on the sword with transference on the off hands to guarantee boon duration when you need to share.

I've been testing this build these weeks using Duels instead of Chaos.

Although the healing is not as potent as that of a druid or that of a revenant, it does give a fairly constant support. With Harmonius Mantras and Mantra of Recovery, Mantra of Resolve in addition to the MoP, a very good condition cleaning is achieved
