A Chronomancer shatter build with access to a lot of confusion and control, while still dealing heavy direct damage.

This build is great at +1ing fights and quickly bursting down enemies with low coniditon defence but maintaining high physical damage and control for maximum pressure. Unlike previous condition mesmer builds, this one rellies heavily on shatter skills.

Notes
