Information

This build provides moderate direct damage, moderate healing, and strong might and fury uptime and unique buffs.

In many cases, a heal druid's lower personal DPS will be offset by other players in a group having better scholar uptime, having to heal less frequently, or getting downed less frequently, in which case that build is a better choice.

Celestial Avatar

  • is low priority. If you are staying in
, use this skill to fill space between cooldowns of other skills.
  • has an insanely short (after-)cast time and should be used as often as possible between other skills. The condition clear is nice to clear some conditions your party might suffer. Another use for this skill is to blind mobs that have annoying CC skills (eg. kicking ghosts at Gorseval).
  • your quick and fairly large heal. Also dazes so can be used to help break breakbars, CC adds and blasts combo-fields.
  • is the easiest skill to spread 5 stacks of
with. Is a water field while channeled.
  • can contribute to breaking breakbars. Is also good for snaring adds if needed like the Red Seeker Orbs at Vale Guardian or Ghosts at Gorseval.

Silver Medal - Good
Marcustyphoon said this build was good December 2017

While being a simpler-to-gear-and-play equivalent of condi druid would otherwise make this a great build for beginners to druid in raids, those players should be using staff healer druid for vastly superior healing output. But in dungeons and fractals, this is worth considering.

Bronze Medal - Basic
Troupe said this build was basic November 2017

Weaker damage and equivalent support compared to a Condition Druid build, no real reason to run this build unless you really want to and your group doesn't mind

Gold Medal - Great
Protein Cupcake said this build was great September 2017

Despite a slight nerf to "Grace of the land", this build is still very valuable for sustained fights in Fractals thank to its ability to heal and buff party members. Although inferior in short fights where high burst damage really matters.

I really appreciate this build. Dps may be worse than the one of a condi druid, but the good support is maintained! This makes the build useful in all areas of PvE.

Gold Medal - Great
Blackdmohn said this build was great January 2017

This build well carried have a lot of direct damage and much support to the group. I use it with the healing spring to make conditions in the stacks. With 2 pets with cc is very good down the blue bar.

Silver Medal - Good
Drummermean said this build was good January 2017

Useful in parties which need a lot of healing, but losing popularity to pure condi rangers.

Gold Medal - Great
Abe said this build was great October 2016

This build does what it is meant to do. Provides ridiculously strong buffs while not sacrificing all its damage for support. However this build should not be recommended for unorganized group play where incoming damage and the amount of mistakes are much higher.

Silver Medal - Good
Narth said this build was good October 2016

I think this build is a exceptional for non-raiding content. The damage, healing, and team support is great for all content.

With the recent balance patch though, this build's healing has been lowered by a considerable amount. It is still great in raids if you are running with an experience optimal group. If the rest of your raid can dodge attacks and stay mostly self sufficient then this build will provide a significant increase to dps when compared to a magi Druid. However, I believe that for the average raider it may be hard to keep a full raid alive on your own in berserker gear.

Gold Medal - Great
Gale said this build was great September 2016

Staple power-based Druid seen in virtually every composition in one form or another. Sacrifices the raw healing power in other builds but offers more damage. Perfectly capable of solo healing for experienced teams. Entry-level groups and new druids should consider using the Magi druid builds before moving up to this build.
