Usage
The basic premise of this build is to utilize the engineers large amount of knockbacks to keep enemy players off capture points in sPvP and capture them or hold them. It is called the decap engineer because it is able to go to an enemy point, and continually knock off the enemy bunker/defender. This allows the engineer to capture it with due time.
