The Med Kit offers more cleansing and healing than the Healing Turret. The water field it provides has a longer duration and allows for several combo finishers to be used for more healing.

The Grenade Kit is a great kit for dealing damage at range and for kiting enemies. The 'Look Behind' hotkey can certainly help with kiting and is a great way for dealing damage while moving around.

The Elixir Gun not only does it have a short cooldown stun breaker, but it also has a blast finisher that can be used for traversing maps and has a light field which heals for a long time and can be used for cleansing.

The Tool Kit has 3 out of 5 skills that will be used the majority of time. When paired up with the Power Wrench trait, having reduced cooldowns especially on Gear Shield makes this the best kit for surviving bursts and condition application.

While it lacks in outnumbered fights, this build with the right amount of practice can truly shine in both 1v1 fights and team fights. It has solid condition damage even without Firearms, the support it offers isn't much to talk about, but it can help out the team survive certain fights. A difficult build to play that's for sure, but certainly a very satisfying one if played well.

I don't know about jack of all trades, but it's certainly master of none as of now. This build lacks focus, the elite is terrible, and med kit is only worth it with high healing power. Sorry but core engi is one of the weakest specs in general.
