A very very good build in my opinion when combined with the skills listed on the Firebrand - Condi DPS Fractal build, here on Metabattle, and using the rotation listed there. I have so much fun destroying open world mobs, veterans, and meta-event enemies by refreshing F1 Tome of Justice. Once you become skilled at timing when to press F1 to get out of Tome of Justice, in order for the skill to refresh when an enemy dies, you become incredibly powerful. I feel this build is very sturdy as well, able to cleanse conditions using Purging Flames as well as dipping in and out of F2 Tome of Resolve. F3 Tome of Courage gives good Aegis and projectile reflection fairly quickly. And it's INSANE that the Tome's passive effects still work after using any of the Tomes, thanks to using the "Loremaster" trait in the Firebrand trait line. Overall, a great build, the most powerful I have played with tons of damage, as well as damage mitigation and lots of boons to share with allies such as Might, Aegis, Protection, and mild healing. Play this build, once you get Viper's gear you will destroy anything in the open world.

A very simple bursty condi build for open world content, been running this since the day Firebrand released.

This build has very bursty damage for a condition build and can apply it liberally in a huge AoE, making it the best farming build for Guardian. It also has tons of utility and defensive cooldowns which can make up for its low defenses.
