Overview

Celestial Firebrand is a hybrid build that makes excellent use of Celestial stat icon.png Celestial 's wide range of stats. It is a very burst-heavy build, inhereting some of the up-front damage of power guardian while producing extremely large amounts of Burning Burning.

Pros

  • Very high damage, even for a Cele build
  • Strong group support included in its kit naturally
  • Great trait synergies makes for a smooth playstyle

Tome Breakdown

Firebrand has three tomes. Each is dedicated to a different specialty.

  3. - defensive boons and projectile hate

Oh god, I still cannot grasp the amazingness of a Cele Firebrand. This is an extremely interesting build as, since it's condi being so strong, it's fire damage is almost considered burst on it's own, Cele goes one step further and gives full access to usage of all three tomes. It really shows the high healing coefficient of Tome of Resolve (I did not realize how high it was until I tried Cele) and gives better boon duration from Tome of Courage. I think this is the best class to invest in a full Celestial kit along with Tempest, hands down.

After additional testing, I'm fairly comfortable saying that this build outperforms its viper and trailblazer cousins by a wide margin. Celestial was practically made for Firebrand.
