Overview

This build provides 100% Quickness Quickness uptime on a closely stacked group while having strong personal DPS and burst. It pairs well with a Renegade - Boon Support Power DPS (Fractal) providing alacrity. Note that unless your group is consistently phasing bosses in under ~15 seconds then Firebrand - Quickness Support Condi DPS will perform better.

Usage

Use on every defiance bar you can - the buff from will last the majority of the phase, and if it doesn't, you should be playing condi quickbrand instead.

The Aegis Aegis from can be used to let your party ignore some attacks that they would otherwise need to dodge.

Rotation

The rotation is generally the same as Dragonhunter - Power DPS, however minor changes are made to account for the difference in Elite Specializations and shorter phases in fractals.

The only current meta for FOTM if you play with a static. In pugs, most of the times this build will not be able so you are better off with a heal or seraphbrand instead.

DeDoctor gave this build 5 stars December 2019

Has decent damage, great quickness uptime and gives some defensive boons that can be very nice in groups! Can also assist in condition cleansing, and minor healing!

Troupe gave this build 5 stars January 2019

Combined with a source of alacrity this build has largely supplanted support chronomancer in fractals. It is capable of providing numerous defensive support tools including reflects, stability, aegis, condition cleanses as well as of course maintaining quickness on the group all while having decent personal DPS
