The difference between the weapon use

- The sword deals stronger damage than the staff. You'll still be able to heal a slight hit using

Good Party Members
- As one would expect; A Boon oriented Chronomancer helps out greatly.
- Shroud oriented Power Reapers benefit greatly from the buff as they gain a lot of critical hit chance from their traits.
I am no fan of druid myself and it's great to see more people trying out other support classes. For raids, this is a viable 2nd healer, but sadly, in fractals, Healing Herald performs much worse than other non-meta healers.Yes, you provide might, alacrity, fury and protection, but in 5-pax environment, these boons are easily covered by other either renegade, who also brings more party DPS through Kala + more consistent alacrity, or Firebrand - that allows you to ignore many mechanics thanks to aegis spam/stability etc. Speaking about the build --- if I were to play HH, I would swap shield for sword.
