It's an effective build for soloing champions due to its range and survivability, however, for the majority of open-world content it's a bad build because it doesn't have good burst damage which is what matters. Considerably worse than Power Chronomancer for most open-world content

This build is MAMGA, MAking Mesmers Great Again. It’s incredibly fun, easy to pick up and survivable. I run this with GS/Staff for extra punch and variety. Like others, this build has made me fall in love with the Mesmer again.

This is a lovely open world build. I use it with GS/Staff instead of Staff/Staff as GS has a bit more punch and is slightly better for tagging stuff in events. Its a nice active build and I've found it very easy to stay alive with.

This build is slow and steady and nearly unkillable thanks to 1200 range and Mirage's bag of tricks. While it's not ideal for quickly mopping up packs of enemies on your own, it excels against enemies with threatening attacks that it can simply kite and Mirage Cloak through. Being a Mesmer it also has tons of useful utility skills if needed.

I am terrible with Mesmer. I am always dying, especially in the zerk meta where I am just not as fast as I used to be on dodging and such. This build has helped me love my Mesmer again. Very elusive and easy to play. I am currently using this in open world and loving it! Thank you so much!
