Terrormancer as before. A few nice new utilities in the +25% dagger movespeed, Unholy Martyr, and Dhuumfire/Foot in the Grave being able to be picked up now, but balanced out by the pants-on-head silly Consume Conditions/Plague nerfs. Curse line is iffy too-- a few too many on-crit traits for a class that loves Carrion stats and some heavy competition in the master tier. Overall a tiny bit better after the patch, but hasn't matched the meteoric rise other classes' builds have received in the specialization update.

Moving both PoC and Terror to the same slot was a huge nerf, same goes for the Soul Reaping master slot meanwhile Condi GM traits are next to useless. Still hardcounters condi specs at least and can spike with fear chains + Transfusion is insanely useful (and fun) on some maps with the right positioning.
