  • When active spirit skills are used the spirit will do an animation before the effect goes off. The spirit will stop moving and raise it's hand up then smash the ground. Plan for this delay since an enemy can move out of the way or the effect comes to late.

    for teamfights, and use them if a teammate is getting low on HP. The spirit passively heals allies every second, and if that ally goes downed, use the spirit's active ability to res him - or if you can time it well you can even res yourself by using this ability before you go downed (you can't use it once you are downed, but if you pressed it before that, the spirit will still finish the cast). The active skill also removes conditions from allies.
