This is a great build as it effectively counters the current PvP meta of conditions, namely Condition Mallyx, by not only removing them, but sending them to enemies. This build also counters the tempest meta Celestial Auramancer with high chill up time and the ability to dump a lot of conditions at once after diamond skin is broken. Despite being a good counter for the current meta this build has great sustain and can take heavy damage while also supporting teammates with condition cleanse. The damage this build can provide is average, but in team fights the cleave attack can be punishing. Overall this build is great in PvP conquest against the current meta.
