Overview

A low-intensity reaper build that is very simple to play and offers relatively high damage even in defensive gear.

What Is LI

LI stands for "Low-Intensity". LI builds are a class of builds that work to slow the game down drastically by using passive defense and builds that require very low input to function. These builds are designed primarily for players that have disabilities that may prevent them from playing higher intensity builds, though they are here for any player who wishes to play them.

LI builds function quite well on their own and are created to be equivalent to our General or Roaming build section. They typically do not output especially high DPS and focus on gear with passive defense

One of the examples that low intensity does not always mean worse just because it's a bit more simple to play. Sometimes, I think the build sites have started downplaying this build template purely because they don't want it to get nerfed. Can be run in full Berseker set no problem, I think not doing that is defense overkill and you lose a lot of DPS. Use Rise! instead of the signet and use the Poison Nova trait in Death Magic. Don't bother swapping out Death Magic and Blood Magic in open world, keep them. You'll just be on your arse more often during large zerg events if you swap them out. The Reaper - Power Greatsword open world build is not better than this build for solo play. Running that build with the minion variant is basically this build anyway but in Berseker gear and without blood magic for super sustain, you want the super sustain when soloing.

The addition of Vampirism runes to this build makes it one of the strongest options for low-intensity gameplay. It has very high damage and excellent sustain. The Vampirism + Blood Bank interaction is very strong due to the barrier layering with shroud, keeping shroud uptime very high.

Simple to play, great DPS, aesthetically cool. Though not as safe as the Scourge variant, but funnier to play for me.
