Although the overall damage is probably lower than a condition spec, I can appreciate the need for a Power Damage Reaper in specific circumstances. I am not sure if this allows for more sustain than a condi spec because the defensive stats of Mercenary and Paladin amulet are the same. My main gripe with this build is the use of shouts. If you're taking "Spite" anyway for the might stacking, you might aswell go for signets because they have a lot more versatility. However, there is already a signet power reaper build on here, which basically does the same thing better. For this reason I believe this build would work best with the "Blood Magic" line, as included in the variant (but with Transfusion?) and with Soldier Rune. This would make it a Power Damage variant of the Hybrid Shoutmancer. (General nitpickingː what is the use of Rune of the Reaper if you don't have condition damage and "Deathly Chill"? And why isn't Axe the standard option? Shroud allows for ample melee damage.) I don't want to rate 'Bad', but in my opinion it's slightly under 'Good' in its current state.
