Simply inferior to any scourge build currently, be it power or condi or hybrid. Simply by the fact that it has to be in melee range for longer durations of time, has less support and realistic damage.

The last resort right now for diehard Reapers as it seems but equally inferior to condiscourges as they were inferior to shoutreapers - even more so since the close ranged shroud can't be utilized as often currently.

Along with ele a necessary build for the damage of a zerg. Reaper and its trait offer this backline build a way into the melee train for great damage and decent survivability.
