A decent Rev build that allows folks to easily level up their specializations. It's far better to go to with Renegade or Herald, but this spec handles itself decently well.

A solid Revenant build for players who haven't unlocked elite specs. Deals good AoE damage and has great lifesteal.

This is better with Renegade spec instead of Retribution. Faster might stacks, access to COs, 33% crit and extra 250 ferocity is overall more damage. Viscous reprisal has a longer ramp-up time and is much more situational than lasting legacy. Although for new Rev players who haven't earned an elite spec yet, this is definitely the best build.
