A condition DPS and utility build for Scourge. While not the highest DPS build, this build provides decent sustained DPS and ridiculously strong AoE cleave with . It also provides strong incidental support for its party by generating Might Might, cleansing conditions, and overhealing allies with barriers.
While Scourge is not normally considered a strong DPS class, its defensive support makes it great for carrying weaker groups. It can fill an off-support role in the line of Druid - Boon Support Condi DPS as it can both heal and do good damage. Note that barrier is unaffected by the healing reduction of Agony Agony, which means in some situations a Scourge will heal for more than a dedicated healer.
This guide is focused on fractals. For the raid version see Scourge - Utility Condi DPS.

Nice dps, nice survivability, nice utility skills. And that epidemic spreading all that dots... Meaby it's not the best, but it's pretty awesome.

Sure, scourge doesn't have the highest damage, but it makes up for it in utility. You can easily and commonly carry an inexperienced group just due to the raw reviving power and barrier, especially if you consider taking healing power and Mercy/Rebirth runes. It also bring some boon strip and condi cleanses, which is quite useful for instabilities such as "No Pain No Gain" or "We Bleed Fire"

Scourge shouldn't be played in fractals as it doesn't offer boons or damage that other classes offer. The only thing that is of value on a condi scourge is the epidemic, but it doesn't help too much unless you are fighting fights with multiple mobs and you have a team filled with condition DPSes.

One of the best fractal DPS builds for inexperienced or semi-experienced groups, and sometimes worth bringing even in experienced groups because of the power of barrier. All in all one of the safest DPS and utility classes available.

While probably not the best build for CMs, a well-played Scourge (emphasis on well-played) is an asset to most normal T4 groups that aren't super optimized, due to Scourge's in-built unique utility, and epidemic can help on trash-heavy fractals.

Great build, easy to play and nice damage. Did not check it in 100 cm but u can be sure it will nice even in tier 4. Sometimes encounter groups with 4 scourges and 1 druid.
