Honestly, this isn't bad, I would recommend Hammer over Rifle as you gain increased damage with "Perfectly Weighted" and just gain more overall damage. I would also recommend the "Kinetic Stabilizers" for more damage as well. This build has great might generation because of the stability that is given by Bulwark Gyro's tool belt ability (Stability gives you Might every second of its duration with "Mass Momentum"). If you get a good rotation going for this build then you can do pretty decent damage and have good utility and support with Function Gyro, Medic Gyro (if you choose to use it over Healing Turret), Bulwark Gyro and even Mortar kit with the combo fields. It might not be as good as other support or damage builds, but it gives stacks of vulnerability, a reflect, and a block. If you want to be an 'inbetween' on the damage and support side, I'd choose this build, might not be very good in high level fractals, but good for casual fractal runs.
