It's like D/P but with no team stealth, harder stealth access, no interrupt spam, much lower damage. The high maneuverability helps you win some matchups but makes you lose the capture points in the process so even if you win a fight, the enemy probably gets more points than you. The weapon skills consume a bit more initiative than they should and are underwhelming. Not a hardcounter to ele at all as they fart out protection way faster than u can rip them if you can rip them.
Replace the Thrill of The Crime with Flanking strikes and you get some good bursts.
Rapes everything but DH and engi and it's a hard counter to eles since it steals protection from them with the third skill
Good for roaming and +1, but requires the team either have excellent bunkers or a high DPS paired buddy. Pros: Great for distraction and teasing less focused foes. Cons: Lacks burst, the ability to chase classes that are good at fleeing and does not duel other thief builds well.
Good mobility with nice damage, you still running of DH and engineer, but you surely can fight vs reaper and other class
Extremely high mobility. Allows you to rapidly move around the map getting the points and evade any attack. Perfect to sneak into teamfights to finish yoour opponents. Not so good to hold a point because Infiltrator's Strike brings you costantly out of the point.

Pretty much improved old S/D Thief.
A+ mobility with decent damage and sustain, but not as good as DP and lacks CC.
