Ocirne/Engineer - Power Grenadier Scrapper

Overview[edit]

The power Engineer build for PvE Fractals and Dungeons. This build provides a large amount of DPS (21k+), vulnerability, and is able to swap utilities to provide a lot of blinds, reflects and stealth.
