I've really been having fun with this build. Running it with a bit different stats on the items, going for Trailblazers/Undead runes over the vipers to help give the build a little more survivability outside of just fractals. Otherwise, as long as you are quick on your feet this thing survives just fine. Been running it a lot in open world and having a lot of success with AoE burning and bleeding application. So much so I'd also recommend an Agony sigil over the Bursting if you really like to lay the bleed down.
