Utility

Usage

The goal of the rotation is to get as many casts of your phantasm summons as possible, filling downtime with autoattack chains and . In order to do this you can make clever use of and , which when used together and timed correctly can effectively allow you to reset your phantasm cooldowns 3 times in short succession. This is achieved by entering during the aftercast of , which will give you refreshed phantasm cooldowns for the duration of your continuum split as well as refreshing the cooldowns outside of continuum split, all while leaving off cooldown once your continuum split ends.

A strong, self-sufficient power DPS, but has worse burst than most power classes thanks to the "delayed burst" nature of its phantasms, and suffers on any fight where you have to switch targets.

This is by far my favorite build now, it just feels great on almost every single boss, it has amazing burst, great CC, and still has good sustainable damage. For sure going to be used as my main power DPS spec now.

Great build. Finally nice to have a Chronomancer build that we can compete for damage with Mirage.

Troupe gave this build 5 stars February 2018

Strong burst and sustained DPS thanks to the recent buffs to the chronomancer trait line and the phantasm changes have led to the evolution of the old fire and forget power mesmer build into this heavily involved but rewarding build.
