Overview

Condition Daredevil is a very strong open world build with high uptime on i-frames through its ability to spam dodges. In addition, it has relatively high DPS if near allies and can bring very high amounts of sustain when needed. Its relatively simple rotation makes it a strong option even for new players, though its reliance on abilities that force movement can be disorienting to some.

Gear

• Celestial - alternative to Viper with lower DPS but higher sustain
• Trailblazer - trades a small amount of damage for a massive boost to EHP
• Rabid - budget; use with Rune of Superior Rune of the Afflicted, Sigil of Superior Sigil of Agony, and Sigil of Superior Sigil of Venom

Runes

Several different rune sets work with this build; prioritize runes that provide boosts to Bleeding and Poison, or otherwise flat condition duration. Below are some of the stronger examples:

• Rune of Superior Rune of the Afflicted - budget DPS
• Rune of Superior Rune of the Mad King - higher burst, lower peak DPS
• Rune of Superior Rune of the Adventurer - defense

Usage

Damage

With this build, damage and defense are intrinsically tied together via Death Blossom. Any time you need to dodge, you can use Death Blossom or Lotus Training to both deal damage and evade. With that in mind, you have a wide variety of options to deal damage with depending on the situation:

1. Utilizing stealth attacks to generate Fury and Might. To do this, use Cloak and Dagger followed by Backstab.
2. Spamming Death Blossom and Lotus Training to avoid damage and output significant bleed, torment, and poison damage.
3. Using Dancing Dagger to attack from range.

In general there are two major rules:

1. Dodge often to proc Lotus Training
2. Try not to interrupt your auto-attack chains as the 3rd hit is a significant portion of your damage.

As a final tip, try to whirl through fields to create various bolts.

General Rotation

As a general rotation, consult the following:

1. Cast Thieves Guild
2. Cast Haste
3. Cast venoms
4. Dodge twice
5. use Death Blossom 3x
6. Complete two auto-attack chains

From here, use dodge x2 and Death Lotus x2, occasionally using an extra dodge or death lotus when you have the resources for it. Fill empty space with basic attacks and cast venoms off cooldown.

Defense

As mentioned above, this build has numerous evades. Use them. Get good at recognizing skill tells and responding to them. Other than that, your defensive options are fairly versatile. In the event you need to swap your utility, swap out Haste:

• Theif and Daredevil offer various stunbreaks, such as Haste, Bandit's Defense, and Shadowstep. It is advised to take one of these, as CC is what will usually kill you.
• Viper/ Celestial: You have high passive healing via Invigorating Precision and Signet of Malice. Try to maintain Fury as much as possible to enhance Invigorating Precision healing.
• You can go into stealth via Cloak and Dagger to remove threat, break enemy targeting, and reposition yourself. Follow it up with a Backstab if using Viper or Celestial.
