My impression of this build isn't that it's terrible but that it's situational. It's less its own build and more a variant of the S/D Marauder build. it includes more damage potential over a long period of time and arguable superior ranged capabilities. I think if you want to run marauder, including a deadeye spec in the mix for situations where your team calls for more damage, ranged options and allows for a bit of a mobility dip, then this build is a good thing to keep in mind. I see it working pretty well against scourge in particular because it has solid burst and decent ranged dps.
