The first batch of nerfs pushed it out of tournaments. The most recent nerfs removed it from higher tier ranked games as well. While it's still a free ticket out of lower ratings that could take people to low plat with very little effrot, I wouldn't really recommend it past that anymore. The build still scales insanely well with the number of clumped up targets though so at the very least it's a beast at denying rez attempts.

Really annoying build, insane aoe burns. After the healbreaker nerfs this is even stronger.

Irreplaceable aoe condi damage role that can easily be used. Most solid in teamfights, but even in 1v1 it can deal decent damage. Benefits a lot from teammates' cc (especially when running processionf of blades) and outcome of the burst can vary by a lot depending on how it lands. Edit: With the rise of various support guardian builds that can cleanse conditions relatively easy, as well as the entire meta shifting more towards condition damage, this build is losing some of its effectiveness.

A build that benefits from the broken synergy between Sword of Justice (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sword_of_Justice) and Eternal Armory: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Eternal_Armory The Dragon Hunter variant is superior to Core Burn Guardian and Firebrand due to its strengthened virtues (aoe condi cleanse/mobility, long duration blocks + condi cleanse from traits from blocking), without the vulnerability of the Firebrand entering a tome state. The dragon hunter package also allows you to punish those not running stability/stunbreakers. Trapper Rune synergy also makes this a build that can mess with focus/targetting.

This and its power variant have been a star in 2s and 3s for awhile. In isolated team fights it’s awesome same as isolated 1v1s. Really just a great ranked build since it counters a lot and workable in team fight meta for sure. Ppl may find some builds that counter it, but it’s just solid in the right hands.

EDIT: Have to downgrade this build to 3 stars. Literally a one-trick pony in the current meta. Relies too much on Death Maw to get the burst and has no significant sustain. It's not even a meme build imho. If you want full memes, swap DH for Radiance with torch off hand and watch the world burn. But again - this won't work anywhere higher than low-mid gold. Updating to 4 stars per the addition of a stunbreak. Would still rather not pick shield of the Avenger at all. Even though it's a tempting option, the build's lack of sustain / disengage leaves little room for skill choice.

Ela consegue faz um burn muito superior ao Guardian core , devido ao sustain. Tornando-se excelente para teamfights. Apenas mudaria algumas coisas como a heal skill a signet e e algumas traits line. E runa undead faz um trabalho melhor no sustain.
