Staff and shouts are outdated concepts. There's too much damage in the game to survive without meditations (and most shouts are incredibly weak aside from the AoE cleanse). I love staff but a sword/shield mace/focus setup works better because it can sustain better AND might even win some 1v1s on mender. If you want a core bunker, play the f2p version of the symbol build.

his build is an exptional bunker, maybe not on the level of bunker druid but still a very good bunker.

Not Meta but great build if you dont have access to HoT stuff or want to play a support guard
