Recent buffs have rocketed condi holo back to being one of the best builds in raids, strikes and condi-favouring fractals. Very difficult to play, but very strong.
It's a still solid build in fractals, recomended for all condis enginner
One of the strongest condition damage classes at the moment. Provides heavy vulnerability, good CC, and a large number of unique conditions for Deadeyes in addition to strong personal DPS.
