"Core" is not in the list (Tempest, Chronomancer, Reaper, Druid, Scrapper, Daredevil, Dragonhunter, Berserker, Herald, Weaver, ...) of allowed values for the "Is for elite specialization" property.
A build designed to strip boons and lay down high area damage.
