Very situational, has little carry potential due to being easily overwhelmed. If your team isn't pulling their weight, this build is for throwing. Recommend valk ranger and honestly it can probably do the same job but have kill potential.
4 stars because it only fulfills 1 role, but its potentially huge. Ranger is held back from meta becuz it losses to prot holo, fire weaver, scourge and minion mancers(skillful ones), which are abused in tournaments. This however is a 100-0 winning match up into all of those. Has less team fight utility than druid, but is much improved in almost anything 1v1 related.
I suggest people try this. It has carries many match ups in my experience
