Overview
Condition Scourge brings a mix of Aoe condition damage, boon corruption and team support but is vulnerable to focus due to a lack of personal defenses.

Utility
Usage
General
- Use your shroud skills frequently, but remember that since they have no cast time you can also cast other skills while using them - avoid downtime.
Scepter/Torch
- is an excellent filler that can be spammed while waiting for your CDs. The final attack corrupts a boon, so try not to interrupt the auto chain.
- deals significant AoE damage, but can be difficult to land.
- adds more torment the more conditions your target has, up to 5 extra stacks. Try to get the most you can, but don't hold on to the skill for too long.
- Generates significant life force as well as being one of your single highest damage skills.
Staff
- Staff auto attacks are low impact and its abilities relatively long cooldowns, so the best use of the weapon is to use its cooldown skills then swap out as soon as possible.

Though nerfed with the big condi nerf update, this build is now a more balanced DPS option, rather than overpowered. Full condi allows for good damage with barrier support. Running Trailblazers allows this build to be very effective in a push comp, rather than just range, making this an effective midliner. The corruption and cleanse make this a staple role, with most groups running one per sub.
UPDATED 20180617
This build has become inferior to other options as condi damage received multiple nerfs. The Celestial build has become the de facto standard. This build may be stronger with Viper or Griever's as the primary stat, just for the hybrid capabilities it brings, but the Celestial build would probably be still stronger. I am changing my vote to good, as the build is still viable, just not as strong.
