Outdated, outclassed by better melee options and even that is pretty exotic to begin with, with only spellbreaker being THE melee option and that is more bacause of bubble than it's damage.

Holosmith can bring better damage albeit hard to use and healing scraper seems to be doing good in support compartment.

Fantastic in combat in wvw, way better than gyro spam garbage. Really impressed with the quickness gimick. needs more minstrels though.

Solid build for engineer in WvW. Can hold its own very well and provides the usual scrapper support along with permanent quickness.

Have tested it and I found it not good. The synergies of this build look nice on a piece of paper but I experienced no further use from quickness since most of my opponents tried to keep distance between us and had trouble to get near them. Hammer is actually the worst possible weapon choice for that class in wvw imo.

Quickness engineer is currently the best spec for WvW engineers. You rarely get access to stab in public groups, but luckily stability on dodge will provide more than enough anti-CC. As long as you don't stand in Corruption wells, you will never die. Stealth and condition cleanse aswell as healing provide excellent support capabilities, while permanent quickness improves your offensive capabilities. If crowd control becomes an issue, you can always swap ElixS to ElixB for additional stab, however if you pay attention to the red circles, you should be good to go even without additional stability,
