Maybe it never coalesced into something brilliant. Maybe it never made it off the ground floor. Maybe we based our better ideas off of it. Basic builds are anywhere from downright bad to just shy of being good enough to showcase. These builds share the widest ratings and can lead to wildly differing levels of success.

Focused on: BurstDamageMobility.

Designed for:

Meme build focused on surprising foes with massive burst damage. This build uses the concept of the drunk scrapper, but with a new spin on it.
Get it? Spin?
Capable of putting out large amounts of Might Might, Superspeed Superspeed, Stealth Stealth, and Quickness Quickness. This build, when used correctly, can jack your power up to over 3000 and give you plenty of extra % damage modifiers.

Amusing meme build. Super troll. New and improved damage.

Don't expect to win any MATs with it though.

Really fun build to play. Not much sustain damage, no ranged pressure, and minimal condi cleanse really hurt this build. It does have decent mobility and burst though, and is pretty good at disengaging. If enemies out sustain your initial burst, you can disengage and set up your next burst. Holosmith is still a better pick, but this build would be fun for anyone Gold or lower.

Sustain's way too low, there's no real burst except for some higher than average sutained damage over 2-3 seconds as you blow all your weapon CDs and then you sit there with nothing to do except autoattack once or twice before getting killed. Kitless scrapper doesn't work, and DPS scrapper of all kinds seem to be bad after the patch. If you want damage, play Holo or even core.
