Ratings
This rating pains me to give but I honestly think it's what it deserves. Thief has builds that can do everything power specter can do much better without the seriously low sustain. This build is extremely hard to play and super rewarding when played right though the nerfs to condi specter unduly punished this build. Give it a go if you're a thief looking for a challenge but you will struggle in ranked if you're not sindrener.
Heavily overshadowed by the condi version of Specter, but that doesn't mean this is bad. Damage, mobility, and group utility are all quite good.
