It is actually one of the strongest healers while its main downside is that it can only maintain permanently the basic boons

As much as I've enjoyed D/W playstyles in general, this build gets outclassed by almost every other support builds. The slightly increased damage from Fire traits and offensive boons helps little to shine compared to the pure dedicated healing tempest staff, or other boon heavy builds like Firebrands/Chronos who not only have the same cleave, but offers valuable boons like quickness. Most support classes, while they may not be able to stack 25 stacks, has plenty of other reliable boons to support the party compared to just tempest's basic ones. All in all, I give this build a 2 stars just for the sake of meme. While this version of Tempest has decent burst heals and an amazing might stack and fury application, it just pales in comparison to the current meta classes.
