Overview

Scourge is one of the most defensive specializations in the game, but also offers moderate damage due to its high condition damage scaling and innate expertise. This class does use several ground target abilities, which can be problematic for LI, but despite this shortcoming it remains one of the most powerful LI options in the game.

What is LI?

LI stands for "Low-Intensity". LI builds are a class of builds that work to slow the game down drastically by using passive defense and builds that require very low input to function. These builds are designed primarily for players that have disabilities that may prevent them from playing higher intensity builds, though they are here for any player who wishes to play them.

LI builds function quite well on their own and are created to be equivalent to our General or Roaming build section. They typically do not output especially high DPS and focus on gear with passive defense

New to Necro and have just tried this build with suboptimal gear and the overall flow of the rotation works really well and really helps to learn Necro as it gives you time to pause and see how your skills work on combatants. Would definitely recommend if you're new to Necro and wanna try something without over-investing.

My favorite build for Necro in PVE , i use the variant Viper Status + rune of nightmare and you can solo anything easly with hight sustain and dmg! But if you have gold, use rune of Tormenting for more dmg!
