Keep in mind: Gear shown in this build is meant as a reference. Choosing the correct tier of gear is very tricky as there are many variables. Some of them being your budget, your spec and minimum Item Power requirements of your guild if used for ZvZ.

You should always check prices based on IP of the items. For example, a masterpiece quality 4.3 Elder's CryptcandleElder's Cryptcandle could be cheaper while providing roughly the same IP as an 8.0.

Usage

Elder's Blight StaffElder's Blight Staff

RejuvenationRejuvenation — This single-target skill applies a Rejuvenation Charge that heals the target over time and you can stack this up to 3, allowing you to provide great healing over time. You want to always use this skill on your tank first to keep him topped up before pulls. Once you've activated 3 stacks on your tank, you want to use Rejuvenating BreezeRejuvenating Breeze to spread it to the rest of your group.

Rejuvenating BreezeRejuvenating Breeze — This skill is meant to provide AOE Rejuvenation Charges to your entire group and makes it much easier for you to heal without having to manually stack everyone up using RejuvenationRejuvenation. It also increases the defense of the target you cast it on (usually best to use this on the tank).

Elevated NatureElevated Nature — You should use this skill to provide high AOE healing while remaining mobile. Your movement speed is increased while you channel this and you can move to follow your team if they kite away from mobs or you are pushing through a static dungeon and skipping mob packs.

Adrenaline Driven CharityAdrenaline Driven Charity — This passive will increase your healing every 4th time you cast a spell. There isn't much else to it and because all your skills are healing skills, you don't need to keep track of this too much as all your healing is increased regardless of what skill you use to trigger the Adrenaline Driven CharityAdrenaline Driven Charity.

Magic RuneMagic Rune — First make sure to wait for your tank to pull mobs before placing this on the ground wherever the ranged DPS players stand so they can benefit from the extra damage. This skill also increases healing done, making it an obvious choice for you as a healer. Stay on top of this rune as much as possible so your healing is improved.

AggressionAggression — Pick this passive to increases the healing you do, it is the only good choice.

Elder's Graveguard HelmetElder's Graveguard Helmet

SacrificeSacrifice — This is the quick heal you can use to save your tank while he is making pulls. Perfect if he takes too much damage in a short while as he makes a pull. keep in mind that this will also do some damage to yourself so be ready for that too.

ToughnessToughness — This passive grants you a bit of nice extra defense. It will help a bit by lowering the damage you take from all sources.

Elder's Shoes of TenacityElder's Shoes of Tenacity

Blind SpotBlind Spot — Use this to do a bit of damage but it can also be used as a defensive choice if you are wandering out with your group in roads or static dungeons as the skill turns you invisible to players!

Balanced MindBalanced Mind — Just another healing increasing passive.

Elder's Lymhurst CapeElder's Lymhurst Cape

Energy ReserveEnergy Reserve — Even though the build isn't particularly mana-intensive, this will greatly help with mana sustain when combined with EnergeticEnergetic and your Major Energy PotionMajor Energy Potion. It triggers automatically when your energy drops to 40% and restores 80% of your max energy over a short time.

Rejuvenation
  • Start by following the tank as he pulls, stay near him and use RejuvenationRejuvenation until you applied 3 stacks. You can use SacrificeSacrifice if the tank takes damage but don't use it unless you have to save them. Once your tank has 3 Rejuvenation Charges applied, use Rejuvenating BreezeRejuvenating Breeze to spread the stacks to the rest of your group including yourself. Make sure to always refresh stacks by repeating this rotation but don't use RejuvenationRejuvenation if your ally has 3 stacks as it will consume them all and restore some of your mana instead.

Elevated NatureElevated Nature should be used when your whole group is taking too much damage and you are running out of healing CDs. Make sure to stay close to everyone in your group when using this so the AOE hits everyone.

Consumables

Major Energy PotionMajor Energy Potion — Even though the build has a tough time running out of mana, Major Energy PotionMajor Energy Potion is a great choice if that happens. Try to always use a t6 one as it offers 50% max mana regen coupled with 28% more over 7 seconds. Keep in mind that this potion ALSO lowers your cooldowns so it helps a bit with your healing.

Another option is to use Invisibility PotionInvisibility Potion in case you are playing with a new tank player that loses aggro easily and the aggro resets onto you because of how much healing you do. You can also use a Major Poison PotionMajor Poison Potion to help with DPS against the boss and keep the boss debuffed but your team should have that covered.

Pork OmelettePork Omelette — Only good choice for food, the Pork OmelettePork Omelette decreases your cooldowns and also increases your cast speed, its perfect for a healer! Use at least a 7.1 version if you do higher tier content.
